Henry Hyde
Henry has been wargaming since 1969 – there’s pedigree for you! After graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in European History, Henry had a varied career before launching into professional design and copywriting in 1991, becoming a partner in one of Brighton & Hove’s most successful graphic and web design agencies before branching off on his own in 2000.
Recently, Henry has been commissioned to write books about wargaming by Pen & Sword, with “The Wargaming Compendium” due to hit the shelves in Autumn 2012. He can also be heard discussing the hobby with regular columnist Neil Shuck on their extremely popular “View from the Veranda” podcast – click here
Henry is a passionate supporter of the Combat Stress charity for veterans, and his Battlegames Combat Stress Appeal has now raised over £10,000, partly as a result of a 27-mile sponsored walk from Battle to Lewes in Sussex that he undertook on the hottest day of the year! Click here
